INGREDIENTS
For Apple Cake
- 1/2 tinNestle MILKMAID
- 1 CupWheat Flour
- 2 tbsp caster Sugar
- 1 tsp baking Powder
- One tsp baking Soda
- 100 gms butter (Soft)
- 1/2 CupWater
- One tsp vanilla Essence
- 1Apple (Peeled and grated)
For Crumble
- 60 gmsUnsalted Butter
- 75 gms flour
- 75 gmsBrown Sugar
- 75 gmsAlmonds (ground)
- The equivalent of a pinch (0.3 g) of Salt
For Dulche De Leche Frosting
- One tinNestle MILKMAID
- 1/2 CupWhipped Cream
- One tsp Coffee Powder
- Two tbsp hot water
HOW TO MAKE WHEAT FLOUR APPLE CAKE
For Crumble
Step 1. Blend everything using the food processor or with your hands until it forms a sand-like.
Step 2. The baking tray should be greased using oil and lined with butter paper which will make the crumble.
Step 3. The crumble should be placed in the baking tin you’ve prepared and put in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Step 4. After cooling, cook the cake at 170°C for approximately 20-25 minutes or until it’s golden brown from the top. Let it cool before removing it. They cool inside the baking pan and the baking tin.
Step 5. Be aware that this is the base layer.
For Apple Cake
Step 1: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2: Add soft butter, MILKMAID from Nestle, vanilla essence, water, and grated apple. Mix everything until it is no longer lumpy.
Step 3: Add the batter to the crumble that has been baked.
Step 4: Tap the baking tin onto the table and let the batter sit well with the crumble.
Step 5: Then bake it in an oven of 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes or until it can pass the toothpick test.
Step 6: Remove it from the oven, and after about 2 minutes, demolish it.
Step 7: Put the cake on a cake board.
For Dulche De Leche Frosting
Step 1: Take an empty bottle that is filled with Nestle MILKMAID. Please place it in the pressure cooker, then add water to the top. Check that the level of water is higher than the can.
Step 2: Remove the bell and shut the lid. Set it on the stove at low heat for 1 1/2 to 1 hour.
Step 3: Once done, please switch off the heat, remove the pressure cooker’s lid, and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
Step 4: Lift the lid carefully on the Nestle MILKMAID, and the Dulce de Leche is ready.
Step 5: Mix hot water and espresso to reduce the amount of coffee powder.
Step 6: Make about a cup of Dulce de Leche and, using a beater, whip it up a little.
Step 7: Add 1/2 to 1 cup of cream into the Dulche of Leche and fold it using the spatula.
Step 8: Incorporate diluted espresso and mix it well.
Step 9: This frosting can use.
Step 10:Apply a frosting layer over the cake. Decorate the cake with flowers, apple slices, or whatever you want.
Step 11: Be aware that you can alter how sweet the frosting is by adding more or less the whipped cream.
