Ingredients of Gulab Jamun Thandai Cheesecake

  • For crust:
  • 300 gms digestive biscuit
  • 55 gms of Icing sugar
  • 40 gms softened melted butter
  • 750 gms cream cheese
  • 200 gms of castor sugar
  • 45 grams of agar (soaked in cold water)
  • 270 gms milk
  • 300gms custard
  • 95 gms of whipped cream
  • 45 gms of Thandai powder
  • 20 Mini gulab jamun
  • 10gms rose water

How to Make Gulab Jamun Thandai Cheesecake

1. Make cookies into crumbs evenly. Add frosting sugar. 2. Mix lightly before adding softened butter. 3. Put the mix on the cake. Base 4. Once the base is prepared, please chill in the fridge. 5. Take creamy soft cream cheese. Mix with the castor sugar.6.Add the agar that has been soaked in the milk in lukewarm water and dilute it.7.Add into the custard and mix it.8.Once the custard is excellent it is time to gently fold the cream cheese to it.9.Slowly add the powdered thandai and fold gently it into the whipped cream.10.Put the mix into the crust baked and include mini gulab jamuns as well as rose water on top of the base.11.Set the mix aside for one and a half hours. Serve chilled.
