Step 1: The oven should be preheated to 150 degrees C.
Step 2: Glycerinize the eight” round cake pan using butter. Lay the six slices of pineapple in the center.
Step 3: The sugar is heated in the pan until it melts, then turns brown. Pour the hot caramel over the pineapple slices, then set the pieces aside.
Step 4: Warm butter in hot water. Cool. Mix in Nestle MILKMAID to beat it well. Incorporate color and essence.
Step 5: Sieve together Maida baking powder, baking powder, and soda bicarbonate.
Step 6: Include 2 Tbsps Maida into the Nestle MILKMAID mix. Stir. Add two tablespoons of aerated soda. Beat well. Repeat the process, alternately Maida and aerated soda until all of the Maida and soda have been consumed.
Step 7: Put the batter in an oven-safe cake tin that has been prepared. Cook at 150 degrees C for 30-40 minutes in the oven preheated.
Step 8: Remove the cake from the oven and loosen the sides of the cake by using a knife. Then transfer it onto the plate.
Tips to Make Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
The pineapple slices should be placed together in one layer and arranged evenly so that every piece is equally distributed if flipped.
The maida mix and the aerated soda should be added to the Nestle MILKMAID mix alternately until they’re consumed completely.
The cake needs to be transferred to the plate and served.
