Cheesy Potato and Quinoa Cake Recipe

These cakes of quinoa and potatoes with smoked cheese make the perfect breakfast or dinner partner. Enjoy it with a tamarind or mint Chutney and quinoa salad. Add a few chopped fruits, and you can enjoy them!

  • 240 gms Boiled Grated Potato
  • 250-gram Boiled Quinoa
  • 10 grams Green Chillies
  • 80 grams Smoked Cheese
  • 25 gram Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander
  • 2 Tbsp Crushed Chillies
  • 50 grams of oil
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Cheesy Potato and Quinoa Cake

1. Boil the potatoes until peeled, then grate them. Then, wash and boil quinoa, too. After that, you can chop and wash ginger, green chilies well and coriander.2.In an ice cube, mix the quinoa, a grated potato that has been cooked, and chopped green chilies, ginger, and coriander, along with all the ingredients above apart from oil.3.Now add breadcrumbs to mix well.4.Make an oval ball and place the smoked cheese into it and store in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.5.Heat oil in a pan to and deep cook them.6.Serve hot with tamarind or mint chutney and quinoa salad with fruit.
