HOW TO MAKE NO-OVEN CHOCOLATE CAKE

Step 1: add the melted butter, milk, and Nestle MILKMAID to a large mixing bowl. Give it an even mix.

Step 2: Sift dry ingredients with the wet. Mix until there are no large flour pockets found in the cake batter. Pour the cake batter into the pan lined with a 6-inch round.

Step 3: Make the cookware ready to steam the cakes. Spread salt in the bottom of the cooker before placing an unassuming stand in the center of it. Then, heat it on medium-low for about 5-7 minutes, and then carefully place the round pan onto the rack. Shut the lid, ignoring the whistle, and steam for about 40-45 hours or till a wooden skewer is clear.

Step 4:Take away the baking dish from the oven and allow it to cool until it reaches room temperature.

Step 5:Once the temperature has cooled completely, wrap it in cling wrap and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

step 6: Meanwhile, you can make your coffee soak and ganache. For the ganache to be made, warm fresh Cream, then bring it to a boil.

step 7: Pour into dark chocolate and mix until chocolate completely melts, and you’ll get a silky smooth Ganache. Mix the coffee powder and water to make your coffee soak until the coffee disintegrates.

step 8: Make two cake slices with a sharp knife with serrated edges.

Step 9:Soak the cake’s first layer in the coffee and apply the ganache to it.

Step 10: Top this with a second cake layer, and repeat the procedure.
