Mango-Malai Cake Recipe
You must make the mango malai cakes using one cup of mango, one cup of milk, three tablespoons of sugar, three tablespoons of corn flour, two tablespoons of malai, and desiccated Coconut Powder.
Add the mango to a blender after you have cut it roughly. Blend the mango and make a puree. Mix milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook on low heat. This mixture should be vigorously stirred until it becomes thick. Add malai, and continue to go. Add half a teaspoon of cardamom powder. Allow this mixture to cool. Add your mango puree and stir until it comes together.
Place 15 biscuits in a bowl. Then, spread the mango mixture over the top. Finally, sprinkle the desiccated Coconut on top. Repeat this step until you have used all of the mango mixture. You can garnish with white chocolate, dried fruits, or mango pieces.
