One tablespoon oil

Two teaspoons of vanilla essence

2 cups cherries

half cup sugar powder

Two tablespoons of cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

For Whipped Cream Frosting –

2 cups of heavy whipping cream

Two tablespoons of sugar powdered finely, crushed

One tablespoon of milk

Method –

Step 1: Mix sugar and butter in a bowl, and mix thoroughly. Add the beaten eggs and mix again.

Step 2: Place a colander in the bowl. Add baking powder, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into the bowl. Mix it all up and pour it across the filter.

Step 3 – Mix thoroughly before adding milk in different parts.

Step 5: Place the cake mix in a pan lined with greased butter paper. Please place it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees centigrade for about 30 minutes.

Step 6 – Prepare the cherry syrup:

  1. Juice a cup of cherries.
  2. Add the sugar, cornstarch, and cherries and cook in a saucepan until thicker.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence to give it a thorough stir.

Please remove it from the oven and let it cool.

Step 7: To whip cream, Mix heavy cream with sugar, and whisk it thoroughly (ideally using an electronic whisker) until it is fluffy. Add milk and whisk until it becomes the form of whipped cream.

Slice the cake horizontally into two slices. Spread one piece of cake with cherry syrup and whipped cream. Put the second cake slice over it, then spread the remaining cherry syrup and whipped cream.
